Troy is the one you'll speak to when you decide to get in touch with us, he is across every project and is dedicated to taking all of our valued clients through their building journey. With nearly 20 years in the building industry, including 5 years managing high end builds in London, Troy has accumulated a broad knowledge of the industry and prides himself in problem solving on complex projects. Away from the building site, Troy is kept busy by his young family and passion for brewing craft beer.

Brett is passionate about architectural builds and loves the detail that is involved. With 20 years carpentry experience, he enjoys working with a variety of clients and their individual design briefs to craft homes that suit their unique lifestyles and requirements. He particularly enjoys a challenging site, as it often leads to unique design features and layout, fuelling his enthusiasm for construction and innovation. Brett believes in the tight knit team they have built, to consistently deliver outstanding results. Brett is a father to two young daughters with his wife Krystal, and outside of work he indulges in his love for water sports, basketball and the Wahs.

Meet Chris, our head foreman with 18 years of building experience under his tool belt. Chris has been with Residential & Bespoke since our inception, working closely with Troy and Brett. With experience in renovations and high-end construction, Chris ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standard. With his infectious enthusiasm for our projects, you can always count on Chris to bring a ray of sunshine to even the most challenging and technical building sites. When he's not crafting exceptional structures, Chris indulges his passion for football.
